Wanna make a pizza that's as Fresh as the Prince of Bel Air?  With dough that is fluffier than a cloud with a crispy crunchy bite on the exterior?  Then look no further, this is the recipe for you!  Simply follow the instructions for our Focaccia Bread recipe and top with your favourite toppings with our no fuss guide below.  For this recipe we have sauteed some fresh and crunchy vegetables and added chilli lime chicken and hoisin flavoured pork.

  • baby corn
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • tomato puree, tomato passata or salsa
  • handful of leftover pork shoulder marinated in hoisin sauce
  • handful of chicken marinated in lime juice and chili flakes
  • plenty of grated cheese


  1. follow the instructions for our focaccia bread recipe and leave the oven on (or if you have made the bread in advanced get the oven up to 220C).

  2. sautee the veg and meats until cooked through.

  3. Assemble your pizza, tomato sauce first, meat and veggies and cheese on the top.

  4. place in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese has melted, then slice and serve.
