  • 3 apples
  • 3 wholemeal wraps
  • Cooking spray
  • 3 tbsp stevia or other sweetener
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 handful dark chocolate chips

  1. Preheat the oven to 190C.  Mix 2 tablespoons of the stevia with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and set aside.

  2. Prepare the wraps by cutting into triangles, place them in a mixing bowl and giving a few sprays with a low calorie cooking spray.  Coat the triangles in the sweet cinnamon mix and distribute evenly.

  3. Place the triangles on a lined baking tray and bake for approximately 15 minutes, keep an eye on them and don't let them burn!

  4. Chop the apples into small squares and coat with 1 tablespoon of stevia, one teaspoon of cinnamon, the nutmeg and the vanilla.

  5. Melt the butter in a cast iron skillet then add the apple mixture and cook, turning frequently ensuring the apples don't burn until golden.

  6. Melt the peanut butter in the microwave for one minute.

  7. Serve the apple mix as a dip surrounded by the baked wraps, top with the melted peanut butter and chocolate chips.
