VALENTINES DAY COTE DE BÔEUF
Enjoy this sharing steak topped perfectly with a creamy whisky sauce with a loved one as a special Valentines treat.

Cote De Bôeuf sharing steak

Coarse sea salt

Set up the BBQ for indirect cooking.

Stabilise the BBQ at 130c.

Remove steak from packaging and pat dry with a paper towel.

Seasons liberally with salt

Add a lump of smoking wood for extra smoky flavour.

Smoke the steak until it reaches your desired internal cooking temperature.

Remove steak from the BBQ and allow to rest.

Rake your charcoal to remove any ash that has settled, get the charcoal nice and hot before laying your steak directly onto it.

Cook for 1 minutes per side, then remove from BBQ.

Slice and enjoy.
