Now we get extra prepared before we go running by chopping the onion and peppers into thin strips, throwing them in a wok with the Meat Dust and some water to get a slight brown colour before emptying the lot into the slow cooker on low to keep warm whilst we're gone.
Post run prepare the meat by seasoning with salt and pepper.
Grill the steaks to your liking then cut into strips and assemble your wraps with cheese, salad and your favourite low calorie sauces.
