This beauty was created by @eatingwithannie_ and is completely Slimming World friendly with only 2 syns for the cheese slice! A truly juicy turkey triumph topped with the cool cool tastes of homemade Ranch dressing.

For the turkey burgers

  • 500 g lean turkey mince
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp COWBOY COFFEE multi purpose seasoning
  • 1/2 onion fried in fry light
  • 1 burger bun
  • 1 cheese slice

For the Ranch dressing

  • 1 tsp RANCH multi purpose seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fat free yoghurt


  1. Combine the turkey mince, egg, tomato paste, garlic paste and COWBOY COFFEE in a mixing bowl and combine.

  2. Divide and press into four even sized burgers.

  3. Heat some fry light in a pan and fry the burgers for approximately four minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 75C. Alternatively grill over direct heat on your barbecue grill for the same amount of time.

  4. Add the yoghurt and RANCH seasoning to a small bowl and mix to combine.

  5. Assemble the burger between the buns including two turkey patties, cheese, fried onions, cheese and of course that beautiful ranch dressing.
