COWBOY COFFEE BURGER (SLIMMING WORLD FRIENDLY)
Know you know we all love a burger here at the Meat Shack. But did you know that you can have a burger which is tasty and is diet friendly too?
We are simply in love with this burger from @swpeachesdiary who used Cowboy Coffee to bring some jazz to her burger with bacon medallions, cheese, red onions, tomato, gherkins and burger sauce all wrapped up cosy in a brioche bun. According to Ms Peaches a total of 10 syns for this recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 brioche bun
- 200 g 5% lean beef mince
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Cowboy Coffee seasoning
- 2 bacon medallions
- 1 cheese slice
- red onion
- tomato
- lettuce
- 1 tbsp burger sauce
Instructions

combine the beef mince with the egg and the cowboy coffee seasoning. Divide into 2 burger patties and allow to marinate in the fridge for a few hours.

Preheat your grill to 200C or if using a kitchen top hob, spray some fry light in a pan and get it nice and hot.

Grill the burgers for approximately four minutes per side, your burger is ready to flip when it no longer sticks to the grill/ pan.

Add the cheese on top for the final minute to get some melting action.

lightly toast the burger bun.

layer up your burger with the double patties and the sides in any order that you want and enjoy all that tastiness without the guilt!
