JACK'S SMASHING SALSA
Salsa is so underestimated. No, I'm not talking about that crap you buy in a jar parked up next to the Doritos in the supermarket aisle. I'm talking fresh from scratch with hints of lime and the fresh taste of coriander. Oh yes, a homemade salsa will really make your nachos, fajitas or any other Mexican dish really pop. Plus, it's really simple to make, just whack it all in a blender and good to go. Winning.
