Yes, although there are minimal to no instructions on making a sandwich I have tried and tested many MANY leftover turkey sandwiches in my day. Plus, when your brain has been officially fried by kids (and adults) running around on too many holiday E numbers sometimes it is a little difficult to come up with some inspiration. So why not let me do the work for you!

Ingredients
- 3 slices white toasty bread
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 cumberland sausages
- 1 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 1 tsp English Mustard
- 1 handful chopped leftover turkey
Instructions

Fry the sausages in a frying pan (or if you're particularly brave get out on the barbecue!) until cooked right through.

Toast and butter the three slices of bread.

Spread the bread with cranberry sauce and mustard.

Slice the sausages in half and pile in your sandwich with chopped turkey.
