TACO LOADED DIRTY FRIES
Wowzers! As this name suggests this nasty little concoction was created by @kel.loses.it and is utter and pure flith... but hang on... it's Slimming World friendly? We're on board with that!
Ingredients
For the Taco Mince
- 500 g 5% lean beef mince
- 1 beef stock cube
- 175 ml boiling water
- frylight
- 1/2 onion finely diced
- 1/2 red pepper finely diced
- 1 tbsp Jack's MEAT DUST
For the Dirty Fries
- 2 large baking potatoes
- firelight
- saucepan of boiling water
- Chip seasoning
For the Nacho Cheese (Syn free if using HEXA)
- 3 Tesco light processed cheese slices
- small dash of milk
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
For the Tomato Salsa
- 2 medium tomatoes diced small
- 1/2 red onion finely diced
- handful fresh coriander chopped
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1/2 green chilli finely diced
For the Cool Creamy dip
- 1 tub fat free natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp RANCH seasoning
Instructions
For the 🌮 Taco beef -

Fry your beef mince until nearly browned and then add your onion and pepper. Season well with MEAT DUST seasoning and stir in. Add your stock, stir again and leave to simmer down until thickened. Done ✅
For the 🍟Dirty Fries -

peel 2 large baking potatoes and cut into chips. Add to the pan of boiling salted water, bring back to the boil for 5 mins and then drain.

Leave to dry (or add back into dry pan for a few seconds) and shake well to rough up. Spread them out onto a lined baking tray, spray liberally with frylight and then season well with chip seasoning. Shake around and repeat if necessary. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 mins at gas mark 7/220 or 200 fan. Done ✅
For the 🥗tomato salsa -

Add your tomatoes, coriander, onion, chilli, lime juice, garlic & white wine vinegar to a bowl. Mix well, cover and refrigerate until using. Done ✅
For the 🌿Cool Creamy Dip -

Nacho cheese 🧀- break up your cheese slices into a microwaveable bowl. Add a tbsp of milk and a few dashes of hot sauce. Microwave on full power for 20 seconds and then mix well. Done ✅

In a bowl combine yoghurt and Ranch seasoning and mix well.
