This one’s a bit of a love story… just told with bacon and fire ❤️🔥
At its heart (literally), it’s pizza — but not the polite, slice-it-and-share kind. This is a crispy, slightly charred base, shaped into something a bit more playful, a bit more over the top… because sometimes food should just be fun.
Then we layer it up.
Melty cheese, rich tomato base… and then the star of the show — candied bacon. Sweet, smoky, salty, crispy-edged strips that have no business being this addictive. As they hit the heat, they caramelise, darken, and turn into these sticky little flavour bombs that cut through the richness of the cheese perfectly.
It’s that balance again — sweet meets savoury, crispy meets soft, indulgent meets completely unnecessary… in the best way.
This isn’t about authenticity.
It’s not about tradition.
