We've made use of a ramen kit to put together this delicious meal. Super simple, super tasty using of a lovely cut of pork belly which is grilled over direct heat for a crispy charred exterior.
Preheat your grill to 160C.
Prepare the pork belly by trimming any excess fat.
Coat the pork belly strips all over with Meat Dust multi purpose seasoning.
Place the pork over direct heat and grill on both sides until charred and the internal temperature is 63C. Allow to rest whilst preparing the rest of the dish.
Char grill the bok choi on direct heat whilst you prepare the ramen kit according to the packet instructions.
Assemble the dish by adding the ramen sauce, noodles, carrot, egg, bok choi then slice the pork belly into stripes and add to the top. Add some chillies for colour and heat then tuck in!
