
flatten the ball of meat on a baking tray into a circular pizza shape the pop it into the oven to bake.


After baking for ten minutes take out the baking tray and flip the pizza over. Mix the tomato sauce with the meat dust and spread a layer over the bottom of the base.

Top your pizza - me and the missus normally go half and half with our favourite toppings. Mine is normally covered in cheddar, pepperoni and bbq sauce whereas the missus prefers goats cheese, spinach and veggies.

Bake for another ten minutes until the cheese has melted then cut into quarters and enjoy with a nice salad.
