Grill the frozen hashbrowns over the flat griddle on direct heat for 8–10 mins, flipping until golden and crisp.
Whilst the hash browns are cooking shape the sausage meat into thin discs (a bit smaller than the tortillas) and place them directly onto the hot plate. Press them down with a spatula or grill press for a smash effect.
Warm your tortillas briefly on the grill, then build your tacos. cut into the tortilla halfway allowing it to be folded, then add the following into each corner of the circle; 1. sausage patty 2. cheesey hash brown 3. lettuce and jalapeños 4. BBQ sauce.
